Does the library have public meeting rooms?

The Artesia Public Library has a large meeting room available for public use. Please carefully read the Meeting Room Policy before completing the application for use of the room. An advanced reservation is required, along with a $75.00 cleaning deposit. Applications can be sent in via email, via fax (575-746-3075), or in person at the Circulation Desk. A reservation is not considered complete until the deposit has been received. There is a small kitchenette off the meeting room with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Food and drink are allowed in this area of the library only. The room has tables and chairs, two large projections screens, and a computer system with the capability to connect an outside device. For specific technology needs or questions, please contact the library.
