What is needed to apply for a library card?

Any permanent or temporary resident of Artesia and the surrounding area may obtain a library card at no charge. Library cards are issued in person, at the library, upon presentation of a valid picture and proof of your mailing address. There is not a minimum age limit for a card. Please refer to the Library Cards portion of out website for additional information and the application.
