On February 3rd the Artesia General Hospital held a blessing ceremony for their newly installed Safe-Haven Baby Box. The baby box is located on the east side of the hospital, near the surgery entrance. The installation of the baby box provides another way for mothers in need to safely surrender an unharmed child who is up to 90 days old.
