NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:00 p.m., on September 23, 2025, in Council Chambers at the Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
A. An Ordinance Approving Real Estate Exchange Agreement Between the City of Artesia, New Mexico, and the Board of Education of Artesia Public Schools.
Artesia Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing for consideration of an Appeal for the following item:
B. For Case No. 25-05: Variance to keep the back fence where it is presently located. The fence is encroaching 9.71ft into the alley, and it is also over an active sewer line. Location:1005 Mahon Drive Legal: Lot 3 of the Irvin Subdivision in Section 8, Township 17 South, Range 26 East NMPM City of Artesia, Eddy County, New Mexico. Owners: Frank H and Adelina A Lopez.
