NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Artesia City Council Police and Fire Committee will hold a committee meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico at 4:30 pm on Thursday August 24, 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the purpose of this meeting is to discuss matters in the police and fire department.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act.  No City policy will be formulated nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.  A majority of the City Council may be in attendance.
