NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 5:00 pm on the 13^th day of April 2021, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 511 W. Texas, Artesia, New Mexico the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing on the question of whether the Alcohol and Gaming Division of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department should approve or disapprove the transfer of ownership of Canopy Liquor License No. 1327 for:
