City of Artesia employees recently held our Christmas decorating contests. There were two prizes, one for best individual office, and one for best department. The individual award went to Janeth in our Wastewater department, who went all out with a polar express theme for her office. The overall department award went to the library who put a lot of effort into decorating the main area as well as their offices.
