Phase 3 of the 26th Street project will begin October 13th.
In the third phase, they'll be working on 26th from Washington to Mann. They will be replacing water pipes under the road, repaving the road surface, adding sidewalks, adding a path from the bridge to Hermosa that can be used for walking and biking, and also adding curb and gutter to the street for better drainage when it rains.
This phase is expected to take approximately 5 months depending on weather and other factors. Please seek alternate routes during this time and drive carefully near construction zones.
