Due to an update in our billing software, our utility bills went out late this last cycle. If your bill was sent out late, you will not receive a late fee unless your payment is delinquent by 30 days from when you received your bill.
Additionally, due to the timing of the software update, some payments didn't show up on the latest bill despite being paid. This is because the payments weren't processed by the computer by the time the bill went out. These payments have
since been processed and are in our system. If you have questions, you can check the status of your account online or by calling the water department at 575-748-8288.
