NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there will be a Town Hall meeting to discuss the Current Operations of the Animal Shelter. This meeting will be held on September 26, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., at the City Council Chamber, 511 W Texas Ave., Artesia, NM.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this meeting is not a public meeting of the City of Artesia City Council within the definition of the Open Meetings Act. No City policy will be formulated, nor will there be discussion for purpose of taking any action within the authority of the City’s governing body.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a majority of the Council may be participating.
