Public Notice

To whom it may concern:

Notice is hereby given that The City of Artesia is exploring the annexation of the 1^st St to 13^th St – North of Richey Ave area into The City of Artesia City Limits as shown on the attached boundary map.

A public meeting will be held on , Monday December 18^th, 2023 @ 5:30 pm at the City Hall’s Council Chambers to discuss the proposal. All affected residents are encouraged to attend. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed annexation may file a written objection, clearly stating their reason for their opposition to my office at 15 E. Compress Rd, Artesia NM 88210, no later than December 11, 2023.
