NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 1:00 p.m., on August 25, 2023, at a special meeting, in Council Chambers at Artesia City Hall, 511 West Texas Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, the Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
Consideration and approval of an Ordinance approving a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate located at 905 and 911 W. Main St, Artesia, New Mexico.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons are invited to attend and may be heard at such public hearing.
